How you can become involved?

As we have said, SERIOUS FUN’s ability to delivery is limited by its totally volunteer status. So you must realise that there are restrictions on what we can deliver however;

• If you are 18 years or older and you wish to become involved in our project work as a volunteer, please contact us. You will need to have a chat with our volunteer support worker(s) and then if you are still interested, you will have to produce a recent (or undergo a new) police record check.  If this is in order you will go through an induction process and then start your training with us. The process does sound long but we must be sure that you are right for us and that we are right for you.

• If you are under 18 and wish to get involved with the activities that we deliver you can contact us at the number given and again, you will be spoken to by one of our regular volunteers.

• If you are a worker with a group of young people and you wish to discuss using the boat to support your work please contact us.
